Why we are fundraising

This March, Puffin Penguins are at it again. We’re taking on 150km for the 150 children born with NF in Australia each year. We’re taking part in Step Up for NF to support the Children’s Tumour Foundation and everyone affected by neurofibromatosis (NF). More than 13,000 Australians live with this complex genetic condition, which can cause tumours to grow on nerves throughout the body. We’re stepping up because tumours shouldn’t be anyone’s normal. Our team goal is to raise $1000 to help increase awareness and to support the Children’s Tumour Foundation in providing the information, care, and advocacy that individuals and families rely on every day.. You'll see Jessica and I walking around Kiama in our Step Up for NF t-shirts. Any donation, big or small, will help people living with NF access the support and guidance they need. Together, we can turn every step into real change for the NF community. If you’d prefer to support in another way,.
